Finance Coordinator

Our Finance Department is a counter part for all Projects run by our Organization. As a Finance Coordinator you will be covering wide range of tasks, but more over you will become a team member of our great finance team.

There are different areas of responsibility:

Project related:
- Preparation of budget during project submissions, with emphasis on compliance with all donor rules
- Financial coordination of budgets and expenses during project implementation
- Responsibility for following all rules while working with budget and expenses (internal and contract)
- Responsibility for the control and accuracy of all accounting documents
- The preparation of interim and final reports based on the budget and project conditions
- Communication with project managers and interoperable departments about direct costs of projects
- Responsibility for the processing of financial billing
- Processing of financial analysis of projects
- Preparation of monthly reports for financial and project manager
- Responsibility for communication with selected institutions and agencies
- Responsibility for sharing the Best practices with the team and for their update on regular basis

Contract related:
- Ensure the accuracy of financial aspects in cooperation with legal coordinator and responsible department

Business trips area:
- Responsibility for submitting regular expenses within the required deadline
- Responsibility for submitting the settlement of business trips within the required deadline
