New Technologies vs. Old Skills - Competitiveness in the Age of Disruptive Innovation Policy Outcomes
At this year’s Tatra Summit, we staged a series of focus groups that first discussed and then offered practical recommendations for the most pressing social, political and economic challenges facing Europe. In this briefing paper, we highlight the key talking points and policy outcomes to emerge from our discussion on how to prepare Central and Eastern Europe’s labour force for the type of disruptive innovation associated with a highly-digitalised world.
