Graduated from Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economics University and National Academy of Public Administration. Holds Ph.D. in Public Administration (Political Science).
Roman has 10 years’ experience in public service dealing with strategic planning, European integration and NATO cooperation.
Since 2016 he has been working as analyst at National Institute for Strategic Studies (Ukraine) covering the issues of Ukraine-Russia relations and social sphere of Ukraine. Has experience in elaboration of strategic documents (policy papers) for development of the national social policies and academic research of key trends in social sphere.
Roman’s main research interests lie in the fields of policy effectiveness assessment, social system integrity, data-driven approaches in social policy, data analysis, international relations.
