Emiliano Alessandri
Associate Fellow for the Centre for Global Europe
Emiliano Alessandri is a scholar and practitioner of European and transatlantic security. He is a visiting professor at Central European University and the College of Europe in Bruges. He has taught at the recently established European Diplomatic Academy and other renowned professional schools. He has collaborated with the Center on the US and Europe at the Brookings Institution (2010), the German Marshall Fund of the US (2010-present) and the Middle East Institute of Washington (2019-present) as a senior fellow. Between 2013-2023, he has served successive OSCE Secretary Generals as a senior officer. He holds a PhD from Cambridge University and a MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
